PredictWidget provides an embeddable JavaScript widget that displays prediction market data from third-party sources, primarily Polymarket. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

All prediction market data, odds, probabilities, and market information displayed by the widget is sourced from third-party platforms, including but not limited to Polymarket. We do NOT create, control, verify, or endorse this data.

3.2 No Responsibility for Third-Party Data

We explicitly disclaim all responsibility and liability for:

• Accuracy or inaccuracy of third-party data
• Completeness or incompleteness of displayed information
• Timeliness or delays in data updates
• Errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in data
• Changes or discontinuation of third-party data sources
• Any actions taken based on displayed data

3.3 Third-Party Links

The widget may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Polymarket). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of these external sites.

The widget code, design, and branding are owned by PredictWidget. Data and content from third parties remain the property of their respective owners. You may embed the widget on your website but may not copy, modify, or redistribute the code without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

IN NO EVENT SHALL PREDICTWIDGET, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Financial losses from trading, betting, or investment decisions
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
• Damages arising from third-party data inaccuracies or errors
• Damages arising from Service interruptions or discontinuation

WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IF YOUR JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO $10 USD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PredictWidget and its owners, operators, and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Any actions you take based on widget data

12. Affiliate Disclosure

PredictWidget may contain affiliate links to third-party services (e.g., Polymarket). We may receive compensation if you click these links or use these services. This does NOT affect the functionality of the widget or constitute an endorsement.

13. Age Restrictions

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. Prediction markets and betting may be restricted or illegal for minors. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access such content in your jurisdiction.

14. Jurisdictional Compliance

Prediction markets, betting, and gambling are subject to different laws in different jurisdictions. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service and any actions you take comply with applicable laws in your location. We are not responsible for your compliance with local laws.
